As the Director of Construction of Redstone Investments, he is responsible for both ground-up new
construction and existing property renovations throughout the portfolio. He works closely with internal
and external stake holders to assure the timely delivery of the work as well as provides insight on project
scope and budgets.
Tom comes Redstone with extensive experience, having worked with several respected
organizations over the years. He has experience in both commercial development and construction by
having the opportunity to work on large scale mixed-use real estate developments throughout the
country; most notably in Atlanta, GA, Southern California, Denver, CO, and the New York metropolitan
area. Before joining Redstone, Tom served as the Director of Construction and Operations at Zeisler Morgan
Properties and oversaw, construction, operations and property management for the company portfolio.
