Tate Butler joined Redstone Funding in August 2025 as an Associate. Tate is responsible for the underwriting of loan acquisitions, portfolio management, and assisting with fund accounting.
Before joining the firm, Tate began his career with DLP Capital, a real estate private equity firm focused on both debt and equity strategies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Florida State University.
Tate enjoys exercising, creating music, journaling, and spending time with family and friends.
