Katy serves as the Senior Vice President for Redstone Commercial. Her 20+ years of experience include various property management positions at the Chrysler Building in New York City with Cushman & Wakefield, Renaissance Park campus with Capital One and Corporate Center buildings located at both Hidden River Park and International Plaza with Crescent Resources. In 2007, Katy became Senior Property Manager at Summit Advisors overseeing a portfolio of over one million SF of office, flex and industrial properties in the Greater Tampa Bay area. Redstone acquired Summit Advisors in June of 2010. In 2016 Katy became Vice President Management Services, and in January 2021, Senior Vice President. She continues to oversee property management and leasing of a prominent, institutionally owned, office and industrial portfolio based in Tampa, Florida.
Katy is a volunteer at Tampa Theatre, committee member and past Chair of their annual fundraising event, WineFest. In her spare time she loves to travel. Some of her favorite locations to date include Loire Valley, Dalmatian Coast, Iguazu Falls and hiking the Inca trail to Machu Picchu.
Katy is also a talented artist. Her medium is acrylic paint with pop art style. Her artwork has been displayed at the Tampa International Airport.
