Jesse joined Redstone in August of 2023 after having graduated from Florida State University’s College of Business with a degree in both Finance and Real Estate. Prior to graduation, Jesse worked as an Investment Analyst for The Sandelin Group, a South Florida based Net-Leased Retail Brokerage team operating under Marcus & Millichap, Inc. Jesse has also gained experience in real estate brokerage, working with Island Equity Real Estate in Key Largo, FL and Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in Tampa, FL.
As a Development Analyst, Jesse is responsible for assisting the development team in all facets of Redstone Investments’ platform with primary focus on the management of Redstone’s development projects from due diligence to entitlements and permitting, all the way through construction. Jesse also aids the development team’s underwriting of deals and management of budgets from pre-acquisition through construction.
In his free time, Jesse is an avid golfer, spends time with friends & family on the boat, and watches his favorite sports.
