Redstone
Investments is in the business of development and redeveloping
retail facilities ranging in size from freestanding drug stores/banks/restaurants
to shopping centers of up to 250,000 square feet. Redstone seeks
development sites in the Northeast quarter of the United States
with an emphasis on New England which meet the following criteria:
- A minimum
of one acre of useable land;
- Zoned (or
able to be rezoned) for retail use; and
- Frontage
on a major artery or through-street, preferably located at a
jughandle or intersecting street with signalization.
We also seek
existing facilities appropriate for redevelopment.
If you are
the owner or represent the owner of a property which may meet
our criteria, please submit the following, if available, for our
review:
- Site location
map;
- Property
survey, depicting any wetland areas;
- Topographical
map;
- Aerial
photograph;
- Demographics
profile;
- Relevant
zoning and utilities information; and
- Five-mile
competition map, depicting existing major retailers within that
radius.
